Subject-specific analysis is continuing and it is anticipated that we will produce findings concerning the following:
• The role of interactivity (pupil-teacher, pupil-pupil and pupil-ICT) in stimulating learning and the potential of ICT to support interactive teaching.
• Exemplification of particular teaching approaches (with and without ICT) which are effective and the nature of the interactivity associated with these.
• The nature of ‘dialogic' teaching in relation to interactivity and how it is influenced by ICT-rich settings.
